REFUND POLICY
FLICK FIREWORKS & DRONE SHOWS – NO REFUND POLICY
Thank you for selecting FLICK FIREWORKS for your fireworks or drone show. By booking with us, you agree to the following NO REFUND POLICY. Please review these terms carefully, as they are legally binding upon confirmation of your booking.
1. Last-Minute Bookings
A last-minute booking is defined as any booking made within 45 days of the scheduled date of the fireworks or drone show.
- Late Booking Fee: A $200 late booking fee will be applied to all last-minute bookings.
- Encouragement to Plan Ahead: Clients are strongly encouraged to book in advance to avoid additional fees and ensure optimal service delivery.
2. No Refund Policy
FLICK FIREWORKS enforces a strict no refund policy for all bookings. This policy is applicable under the following circumstances:
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits made to secure your booking are non-refundable, regardless of changes to event details or cancellations.
- Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the event, no refund or compensation will be issued.
- Event Changes: Any changes to event details, including rescheduling or modifications to the show, will not result in a refund.
- Client Responsibility: Any cancellations or disruptions caused by the client’s failure to meet obligations (e.g., securing permits or providing accurate information) will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Confirmation of Booking
Your booking is considered final and binding once a deposit has been received.
- Finality of Agreement: Upon confirmation, the terms of the booking, including location, time, and scope of the show, are fixed and cannot be altered without written consent from FLICK FIREWORKS.
- Payment Requirements: Full payment must be received by the specified due date, or the booking may be canceled without refund.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling of events is strictly at the discretion of FLICK FIREWORKS.
- Client-Initiated Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made in writing and are subject to approval. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling, particularly for last-minute requests.
- Discretionary Rescheduling by FLICK FIREWORKS: In cases where rescheduling is necessary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control, a replacement date will be provided at the sole discretion of FLICK FIREWORKS. Clients are not entitled to select an alternative date unless expressly approved.
5. Location and Site Plan Compliance
Adherence to the agreed-upon location and site plan is mandatory.
- No Last-Minute Changes: Once the location and site plan have been approved, no last-minute changes will be accommodated.
- Site-Specific Permits: Permits are issued based on precise geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) provided during the planning phase. Any changes to the location on the day of the event are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
- Client Responsibility: Failure to provide an accurate location or adhere to the approved site plan constitutes a breach of this agreement and will not entitle the client to a refund.
6. Safety and Security Cancellations
FLICK FIREWORKS reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event if safety or security concerns arise.

Grounds for Cancellation: This includes, but is not limited to:
- Dangerous weather conditions such as high winds, lightning, or heavy rain.
- Safety hazards identified at the event site, such as improper setup, unauthorized access, or nearby flammable materials.
- Threats to public safety or security, including issues related to crowd control or law enforcement directives.
- Replacement Date: In such cases, a replacement date may be provided at the sole discretion of FLICK FIREWORKS. The client agrees that cancellations for safety or security reasons do not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Force Majeure Clause
FLICK FIREWORKS shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).

Definition: Force majeure events include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes).
- Acts of God (e.g., severe weather conditions or unforeseen environmental factors).
- Government actions, regulations, or restrictions, including restrictions on gatherings or events.
- Civil unrest, acts of terrorism, or other safety threats.
- Utility failures or other infrastructural breakdowns outside the control of FLICK FIREWORKS.
- Client Acknowledgment: The client acknowledges that FLICK FIREWORKS shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or rescheduling caused by force majeure events. In such instances, FLICK FIREWORKS will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event, but no refunds will be issued.
8. Non-Transferable Bookings
All bookings are non-transferable.
- Event-Specific Agreement: Payments and bookings are tied exclusively to the client and the specific event for which they were made.
- No Transfers Without Consent: Transfers to another party or event are prohibited without the express written consent of FLICK FIREWORKS. Requests for transfers must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval at FLICK FIREWORKS’ sole discretion.
9. Drone Show-Specific Considerations
Drone shows require additional considerations and compliance measures.
- Airspace Restrictions: The client must ensure that the event location is not within restricted or prohibited airspace.
- Weather Sensitivity: Drone shows are highly sensitive to weather conditions, such as high winds or heavy precipitation. If rescheduling is required due to weather, the decision will be made solely by FLICK FIREWORKS.
- Site Inspections: A pre-event site inspection may be required to confirm the feasibility of the drone show is the client responsibility.
10. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for meeting all requirements necessary for the execution of the event.
- Permits and Approvals: Clients must obtain all required permits, permissions, and authorizations for the event location.
- Site Readiness: The event site must meet the safety and technical requirements specified by FLICK FIREWORKS on the date of event. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without refund.
