  4. Bylaw Tickets and Fines: Flick Fireworks is not responsible for any tickets issued by bylaw officers related to the use of fireworks. Any fees or fines incurred will be the sole responsibility of the user, and prompt payment is expected within 7 days if a charge is made against Flick Fireworks.

  5. Injury and Medical Help: Fireworks can cause injury if not handled properly. In the event of an injury during the use of fireworks, seek medical help immediately.
